How to play ?
1 - Download the application
This game requires the use of the My Quest app, which you can download for free.
Only one app per group is required.
Have you already downloaded the app? Make sure it’s up to date!
2- Enter the code
Here is the quest code to enter in the application:
ENGASP6
The game loads onto your phone and off you go!
3 - Have fun!
The application will give you directions, game locations, clues and validate your answers.
Technical problems? No worries!
You can rescan the QR code on each poster at any time, which will take you to this page. Below, we’ve put together a list of situations that could occur and solutions for dealing with them.
Troubleshooting
Authorisations for GPS geolocation
Make sure you have accepted access to the requested location. You need to do this to play!
Have you refused? Go to your phone’s Settings, find the My Quest app and activate the location.
Still not working? Delete the app and download it again.
I can't find the game poster
Go to the red point indicated on the map. Feel like you’ve already arrived? Zoom in on the map, you need to get closer.
I'm stuck on a game page
Have you tried scrolling your screen? Depending on the format of your phone, the buttons may be lower down.
The application no longer responds
Close the application, open it and press ‘Resume’. You will be right back where you were.
NEVER enter the code a second time, it will restart the game from scratch…
Do you have the latest version of the app? Make sure your application is up to date!
The sound doesn't work
1 – Make sure you have turned up your sound volume.
2 – Deactivate your phone’s silent mode.
3 – If neither of these solutions works, close the application, open it and press ‘Resume’. You will be right back where you were.
